Returns and Replacements
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, email@example.com will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by first class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
If you wish to cancel an order BEFORE we have sent the goods, you must confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods, the following procedure applies :
Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the ‘right to cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery'. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Baroness.co. We will not accept, for exchange or refund, any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by first class post (we recommend you obtain Proof of Posting) and you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the original cost of postage of the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of this page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Goods are refunded within 30 days.
FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MAKEUP OR SKINCARE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF THEY HAVE BEEN OPENED AND USED.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately where possible. The customer will be informed of all progress.
Baroness.co reserves the right to contact customers regarding orders.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
